  1. Just in case anyone is confused by why he held up two fingers and his thumb to indicate the number three, that's the convention used in Europe. No big deal, but it's useful to know when you're a U.S tourist in Europe and hold up fingers to order drinks in a pub. If you hold up two fingers, the bartender might think you want three drinks, even if your thumb isn't sticking out clearly.
