Nintendo Download for December 7, 2017 – North America – NintendoFuse

The first Nintendo Download for December has arrived.  It’s a pretty lengthy list this week. The 3DS returns from its holiday with four new releases this week.  Let’s see what else is in store for us today!

The Switch releases this week is jam packed with variety.  Today you can check out Floor Kids, WWE 2K18, ACA NEOGEO TOP HUNTER RODDY & CATHY, ACORN Tactics, Dimension Drive, Embers of Mirrim, GUNBIRD for Nintendo Switch, Human: Fall Flat, Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Overdrive, Plague Road, Plantera Deluxe, Red Game Without a Great Name, Riptide GP: Renegade, Slain: Back From Hell, Teslagrad, The Sexy Brutale, TouchBattleTankSP, Vostok Inc., and Yōdanji.  Phew, what a list!  Don’t stop there, there is a pair of demos with LOST SPHEAR and Robonauts.  On December 8, you can check out Tennis in the Face.  Then on December 12, we get The End Is Nigh and Party Planet.

The Wii U side is looking pretty lonely with just RTO available today.  3DS gets 80’S OVERDRIVE, Christmas Night Archery, Japanese Rail Sim 3D Travel of Steam and Squareboy vs Bullies: Arena Edition.  There are also a bunch of new rewards on My Nintendo, this time focused on Animal Crossing.  There is also a new Pokemon theme available as well for your 3DS.

Nintendo Download for November 30, 2017 – North America – NintendoFuse

The 3DS eShop goes on holiday for final Thursday of November.  I do not think anyone minds, as the Switch lineup continues to expand.  Tomorrow, we see the anticipated launch of Xenoblade Chronicles 2.  Let’s see what else is in store for us today!

The Switch’s high-quality monthly title will be available tomorrow, December 1, and it is none other than Xenoblade Chronicles 2.  Not only that, but you can get already pre-purchase the DLC that will be released next fall with a new story.  You can also enjoy the original Japanese voiceovers with English subtitles if that interests you.  If you are looking for a few games on December 5, be sure to check out Nine Parchments and Caveman Warriors.  If you needed something to play today there’s OPUS: The Day We Found Earth, Arcade Archives Traverse USA, Serial Cleaner, ACA NEOGEO WORLD HEROES, Syberia 2, MUJO, and Star Ghost.

The Wii U manages to get a few new games with Draw a Stickman: EPIC 2, BATTLE LODE RUNNER, and Bomberman ’93 being available today.  You can also check out My Nintendo for lots of holiday-themed rewards.  If you are not interested in new 3DS themes or device wallpapers, there’s even the Nindie Game Gold Points Rewards Vol. 2 which allows you to trade in gold coins for a download code for particular games.  That’s not all, as Fire Emblem Heroes got upgraded to version 2.0.0 earlier this week with some new features like the Weapon Refinery.  Be sure to check out the rest of the details below!

  • Fire Emblem Heroes Update – The recent free update to the Fire Emblem Heroes mobile game adds a ton of cool features to the mobile game. These new features include:
    • Book II of the Main Story Has Begun – The saga of Fire Emblem Heroes moves on to the next chapter. Meet Fjorm, Princess of Ice, and get her to join your team as an ally by clearing Chapter 1: Part 5 of Book II.
    • A Legendary Hero and new Blessings Have Been Added – A new Legendary Hero has been added. Fjorm is the first of them, but in the future, you’ll have the chance to obtain others, too. Legendary Heroes have one of four legendary elements (Water, Wind, Earth, and Fire) that resonate with the corresponding Blessing to give Heroes strength. With these Blessings, different Legendary Heroes will give different stat bonuses.
    • Level Up Your Skills with the Weapon Refinery – Strengthen the weapon skills of your Heroes! After clearing Chapter 13 in the main story and then clearing the Intermission chapter, The Rite of Blades, the Weapon Refinery can then be found under Advanced Growth. With Weapon Refinery, some existing weapon skills can be improved with boosted stats or even additional abilities. Other weapons can even be upgraded into high-level weapons skills.
    • Bonuses – To celebrate the major 2.0.0 update for the Fire Emblem Heroes game, you can receive a Log-in Bonus of free Orbs up to 10 times until 10:59 p.m. PT on Dec. 12. These Orbs can be obtained from your Present List. But that’s not all: A double EXP and SP event will also take place until 10:59 p.m. PT on Dec. 4.
