This week, Susie features a lead generation mailer designed by Structural Graphics for tech giant Symantec. Symantec was looking to deliver information about its Norton protection seal product to prospective customers. The objective of the campaign was to demonstrate how featuring the seal on e-commerce websites can potentially increase checkout sales and retention rates. The solution they chose was the 4-Pull Telescoping folder. The last panel of the direct mailer featured a paper web key, die-cut in the shape of a shopping cart, that was directly embedded on the panel. By inserting the web key in their USB drive, users could experience a demonstration of the product while becoming eligible for a free Fit Bit!
