On the other hand, Nintendo CEO Tatsumi Kimishima believes that the new gaming system can still do better. It appears that the company executive has projected that more unannounced titles for the Switch will move more units in the near future, but did not reveal if these would be first-party or third-party software.
Tatsumi Kimishima has noted that the great demand for the Nintendo Switch can be credited to some of the current games like “1-2 Switch”, “Mario Kart 8 Deluxe”, and especially “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild”. According to Game Rant, other games like “Splatoon 2” and “ARMS” have also influenced consumers to purchase the Switch. Moreover, Kimishima’s claims of “more unannounced titles” seems to have generated more buzz about the new console’s future.
Speculations have started to spread that Nintendo might have more upcoming titles to offer than they have shared with consumers. The company might reveal some more games that will join “Super Mario Odyssey” during the holiday season. Analysts have also noted that first-party titles, as well as third-party publisher support, has already established the Nintendo Switch’s sales momentum. Furthermore, the unveiling of these “unannounced titles” should push sales even further, says Tatsumi Kimishima.

Recent reports have confirmed that the Nintendo eShop earnings are overshadowed by Sony’s PlayStation Network service. It appears they are relying on these unannounced titles to catch up.
It seems that Nintendo is working on more than just the unannounced titles for the Nintendo Switch to boost its market performance. Rumors have circulated that the company will release the SNES Classic Edition during the holiday season, reports Gamenguide.
