  1. This interview is such a setup, specifically the reminder question. Why not get them to sing happy birthday? Why did you intentionally play to the Google Homes weakness re the reminders? (which is only in the device, but works fine on your phones). Thankfully I know these devices well enough to know their strengths and weaknesses to know when I see a setup.

  2. Lies. Ppl think Google Home looks like an air freshener and Echo fits in better with home decor.

    When she said "ok, Google, Alexa, thank you so much for sitting down with me today" my Echo said "that's what I'm here for." Lol

  3. Painfully stupid.

    Everyone has done this schtick the first time they talked to Siri/etc. You're wasting an opportunity to really test these devices.

    "Both are great" is how you react to their playing different songs? Which one was correct, you moron?

    Why do all tech bloggers do this? You're all trying to be cutesy "personalities." I want to know which device is better.
