APPLE IPAD or IPHONE iOS10 iOS 10 – Customer Service lessons?!

APPLE WITH STEVE JOBS DOING HIS QUALITY CONTROLGAVE US IOS7 IOS 7. FOR 18 MONTHS MAYBE AFTER HE WAS GONE, THE BENEFITS CONTINUED. APPLE NEED ANOTHER PERSON TO DO THAT Q.A. PLEASE.

Apple have it in them to be innovative and extraordinary. So why sock it to their innocent customers who have been more loyal than they ever deserve?!

The advent of iOS 10 has put me in mind of iOS 8. Not good. The phone wars it appears, eclipse all else. I have now got to resort to restoring my device to ios9, and wind back with it some apps admittedly, who also have gone overboard with resource usage.

But the ‘bricking’ that the ipad has suffered – averaging twice or more a day for a fortnight – way surpasses what ios9 did.

No thanks – keep it, it’s s*it. Like ios8, if you have an older ipad – mybe not iphones our kids don’t have these issues – then leave ios 10 well alone, at least for a while.

I intend leaving ios10 until it’s called ios 11.

  1. UPDATE 19th Dec 2016: …AND AGAIN WITH iOS 10.1.2 APPLE ARE SLOWLY ERASING CUSTOMER FAITH IN THEM. This video described 10.1.1 but Apple released 10.1.2 just the day afterward, and it makes many iphones spontaneously restart. Icons that are meant to show charge level (the little battery icon) by going green and continuously updating with the battery charge status, ARE LOCKED WHITE AND STUCK at whatever the charge was when iOS 10.1.2 took hold! Oh come on Apple…this is really embarrassing, get a grip. I was all ready to take our teenager's device to the local repair shop, but on reboot it fixed the battery icon problem. IE the phone portrayed it was not charging and was partly charged, when in fact it was charging or discharging as usual, but just not updating the battery icon/indicator. Look, give me a half-mill and I'll fly over to Cali and sort you out…
