Doze – This feature in Android Marshmallow adjusts the activity of the apps depending upon the usage of the smartphone. In simpler terms, if you do not use your phone throughout the day and it is just lying in some corner, Marshmallow will pause the activity of all apps to save the battery.

Fingerprint scanner – Even this feature is found in some Android phones, but Android 6.0 is the first OS that uses it correctly. It can be used for logging into the apps like Evernote.
